Pre-Order Policy

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to purchase products before they are available for immediate shipment. By placing a pre-order, you reserve your item and secure your place in line for fulfillment once inventory becomes available.

Estimated Shipping Dates

Products available for pre-order will display an estimated shipping date on the product page whenever possible.

Please note:

  • All shipping dates are estimates only.
  • Production, manufacturing, transportation, customs, and supplier delays may occur.
  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery or shipment dates.

If there are significant changes to the estimated shipping schedule, we will notify customers using the email address provided at checkout.

Payment

By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items we will: 

  • Ship all items together once the pre-order item becomes available

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers may request order changes or cancellations before the order has been processed for shipment.

We reserve the right to deny modification or cancellation requests once fulfillment has begun.

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, unforeseen circumstances may result in delays.

  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Shipping carrier issues
  • Customs processing
  • Force majeure events

We are not liable for losses, damages, or expenses resulting from shipment delays.

Refunds

If a pre-order is canceled in accordance with this policy, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for refund processing, depending on your payment provider.

Product Changes

From time to time, product specifications, packaging, colors, features, or accessories may change before shipment.

We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications that do not materially affect the intended use of the product.

Limitation of Availability

Pre-orders are accepted subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel pre-orders if inventory becomes unavailable.

If we cancel your pre-order, a full refund will be provided.
