How long does service take?
Typically 7–14 business days. Timing may vary based on demand, machine type, and repairs needed.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours.
How does the process work?
Drop off → Service or diagnosis → We contact you if needed → Pickup notification.
What if my machine has a problem?
We will diagnose the issue and contact you before performing any additional repairs.
What brands do you service?
Baby Lock, Janome, and Husqvarna Viking.
Should I service my machine if it’s working fine?
Yes. Routine service helps prevent issues and extends machine life.
What affects turnaround time?
Demand, machine complexity, condition, and parts availability.
When will I be contacted?
If repairs, parts, or delays arise, or when your machine is ready.
What if I don’t pick up my machine?
Please pick up your machine within 30 days. Storage fees may apply after that.
What is the bench fee?
$65 per hour for diagnostics on specific issues. Not charged for standard service.
Do you install updates or upgrades?
Yes. $30 per installation. Appointment required.
How often should I service my machine?
At least once a year. Every 6 months for heavy use.
What if I have issues after service?
Bring it back within 2 weeks for warranty support.
What should I bring with my machine?
Required items vary by machine type. Please contact the store and ask at time of service booking for required machine accessories.
