If you are unable to attend a class for any reason, please notify us within 3 working days to transfer you class fee to another class or we will gladly issue a store credit. We cannot transfer class credits more than one time. This will enable us to contact someone that may be on a waiting list for this class. We are sorry, but cancellations made after the 3 working day policy will not be eligible for store credit or transfer. Refunds will not be given unless the class is canceled; in this case you will be notified at the number you gave us when you signed up. No-shows will not be eligible for re-scheduling or store credit.
If your class is several hours long, you may want to bring a snack and a drink to get you through. We have a refrigerator & microwave if you need. In addition, as you may know, many people suffer from allergies and when in an enclosed room, these allergies tend to flare up. We ask that you please refrain from wearing perfume or any strongly scented products.
